By accessing and using ‘ELEANA V’ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Use of Website

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Content: All content on our website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when using our website. Complete any follow up documentation I require and update that information that is required, especially advise me of all current medical conditions, any known allergies, food intolerances, any medications or supplements you are currently taking, have a pace maker or any heart issues, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive and anything else that may be relevant for us to know when providing Products and Services to you.

• Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to unauthorized access or interference with our website.

• Be on time for your consultations and meditation sessions/experiences.

• Comply with any health and safety rules and guidelines required by us from time to time;

• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

• If you are based overseas: if you are based outside of Australia, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Products and Services ordered by you can be ordered, imported and used in the territory where you are based. We will not be responsible for any orders being confiscated or otherwise not being permitted to be provided to you as a result of the local laws in your area.

• Refusal to service. If you don’t comply with these Terms, we may at our sole discretion, cease providing Products and Services to you.

Consultations

The following terms apply when you book a session with me:

• You can book a session by calling, emailing or booking via my Website and social media platforms, or booking in person. Sessions are available in-person, by phone or via a Zoom call, and by any other means agreed by us and you.

• Cancellation by you. We understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Cancellation of sessions made with less than the Minimum Notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in a charge of 50% of the Fee.

• Cancellations by me. If I’m unable to attend a session, I will notify you in writing. I will refund any monies paid upfront by you for the session. I am not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the cancellation.

• Refunds. I appreciate your consideration of my time and will express the same consideration for yours, so where you cancel a session and have given at least the Minimum Notice of I will provide a full refund of any Fees that have been paid upfront for the session.

• Postage costs. Where a client is based within Australia, I will cover any necessary postage costs for products purchased as part of a Zoom call session.  Clients located outside of Australia will be responsible for any associated postage costs for the delivery of products they purchase.

Limitation of Liability

My website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website.

Third-Party Links

My website may contain links to third-party sites. I am not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

Modifications

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clause 7.6

New South Wales.
